Shipping and Returns
Orders will be processed during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm WITA (GMT+8). Orders placed after 2 pm, weekends and holidays may not ship until the next business day. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation to the email you provided at checkout. DEFY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies or lost packages due to address errors.
For international orders, additional duties and taxes will be charged by your local customs bureau which the customer is responsible for paying. DEFY is unable to estimate the cost of duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional information.Once the shipment has left our offices, we are unable to offer assistance. DEFY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies or lost packages due to address errors.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the date the order was placed, except for Sale item.Sale items, special orders, and any items sold at a discounted price are final sale. Exchange will only be accepted when the products were broken during shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our office.
Please package the goods along with the completed Returns & Exchange form and send, insured for the full value of the merchandise, to DEFY.
Once we receive your properly returned goods, we will issue you a refund in the form of original payment OR process your exchange. Original shipping costs and returns shipping cost will not be refunded. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Returns received without a Returns Authorization number, shipped after 7 days from the Return Authorization receipt date or received damaged or worn will not be accepted.
Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.
Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
